Title: To the Group Who Hasn’t Been Formed Yet: I Have Something for You
Subtitle: This Capstone project isn’t just a grade. It’s a launchpad.
To my future teammates — the ones I haven’t met yet:
I don’t know who you are. But I know what we’re about to build together.
Here’s what I bring to the table:
- A marketing firm with a paying client
- Frameworks that work (ToFu/BoFu, Poka-Yoke, Decision Matrices)
- A track record of delivering for real businesses
- Contacts at NP Sandbox and faculty leadership
- A commitment to structure, documentation, and excellence
Here’s what I’m offering you:
If you show competence, if you show commitment, if you show you can work like a professional — I will hand you the keys.
You can take over the company as I move into public speaking and other ventures. You can continue to take on ad hoc cases while you go to university or serve NS.
This venture will help your resume. It will give you real-world case studies. It will set you apart.
I don’t say this to impress you.
I say this because I know what it’s like to be a leftover. I know what it’s like to be underestimated. I know what it’s like to have people assume you’re not good enough.
But I also know what it’s like to prove them wrong.
So here’s my commitment to you:
We will not function like a student group. We will function like a marketing firm.
We will document every decision. We will use structured processes. We will produce work that surprises everyone — including ourselves.
And when this is over, you’ll walk away with more than a grade.
You’ll walk away with a portfolio, a network, and a story.
Welcome to Y3MU. We rise together.
